Henk Supèr – CEO and founder
Mr. Supèr has 15 years of experience within the bioresorbable medical device industry and has held several high level positions in the areas of new product development, product commercialization, marketing and sales at PURAC Biomaterials as also Vice President Business Development at Inion OY, a medical device company specializing in the design, development, manufacturing and commercialization of bioresorbable medical devices. Mr. Supèr has a Bachelor degree equivalent in analytical/organic chemistry and a Master of Science in chemistry from the University of Groningen and a MBA from the TIAS-NIMBAS Business School, Bradford University.

Paul Mijnen – CFO
Mr. Mijnen has many years of experience in finance and has led several million euro projects in complex regulatory environments. In previous positions he gained numerous years of experience in developing and growing quality focused companies. Mr. Mijnen holds a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering, Delft University of Technology, and a MBA from the TIAS-NIMBAS Business School, Bradford University.

Alex Lankhorst – Vice President Business Development
Mr. Lankhorst has many years of experience in Corporate Medical Affairs, Medical Marketing, and Medical Education working in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical industry. He gained extensive experience in Dermatology working for Galderma, and in Aesthetic Dermatology at BioForm Medical Europe in his role as Director Medical Affairs and Clinical Education. Mr. Lankhorst holds a PhD-degree in Neuropharmacology (Utrecht University, The Netherlands) and a BSc-degree in Zoology (University of Applied Sciences, Utrecht, The Netherlands).

Ramon Schlijper – Director Operations
Mr. Schlijper has many years of experience in production areas and Service Organizations for Medical Devices within hospitals, Supply Chain Management and Process Improvement Projects. He designed and implemented Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects. Mr. Schlijper holds a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering, Delft University of Technology.
